Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Certain items, such as personal care products, consumables, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • Since Avery Roams only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will not be issued in cash.

  • Approved returns will be compensated in one of the following ways:


    • Product replacement of the same or similar value, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance or final-sale products.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
